A Dual-mode Sensing Scheme Of Capacitor Coupled EEPROM Cell For Super High Endurance

In this paper, the Dual-Mode sensing (DMS) scheme of capacitor coupled EEPROM cell utilizing both the charge sensing mode and current sensing mode is proposed. using the DMS technique, high speed sensing in the low voltage operation is possible and endurance characteristics are significantly improved.
