In this paper, an improved method for simulating logic networks using modern spreadsheet programs is presented. This method is based on simulating the basic blocks that constitute a logic network and in connecting these blocks together. The user interface is customized using toolbars, menus, help, dialog sheets and other advanced spreadsheet features. It is characterized by its low cost, flexibility and simplicity
