Intelligent Self-Tuning Control of Varying Delay Systems

This paper presents an intelligent self-tuning control algorithm for varying delay systems. The time delay is estimated using intelligent method. A smooth algorithm for parameter recursion is also put forward in order to overcome the variations of the structure and parameters of the system with the change of the estimate of time-delay. The simulation result shows that this algorithm has good robustness to the time delay, order and parameters of the plant.
