In the binocular vision measurement of moving target, the measurement accuracy requires the images with higher resolution, and the velocity of the target requires the system with real-time ability, which become the principal contradiction in the binocular vision measurement system design. In this paper, a high-speed vision measurement system based on cooperation target with high resolution is proposed. The problem caused by large amounts of data has been solved and the system efficiency has been improved through the Zero-Delay transmission mode (ZDTM) and local search based on neighborhood. The centroid localization results show good repeatability in the experiment. The test results of spatial coordinates calculation and the real-time ability are also discussed in the paper. With the resolution of 2048 × 2048, the spatial coordinates update rate of embedded system is up to 68.66fps in five markers' target measurement, which is suitable for real-time measurement applications.
