In the modeling, monitoring, and control of information dissemination in social network, a fundamental problem concerns how to describe the spreading process during different nodes. A novel information propagation model is proposed to measure the effect by information by using generating function and giant connected component. We present examples of blog networks leads to unusual percolation properties by measuring the effect of information dissemination.
