Using technology for stakeholder consultation. The World Bank's use of GroupSystems V in developing countries

The World Bank, a multi-lateral development bank, has used Ventana's GroupSystems V on three different occasions in two African countries to gather input on World Bank strategies from a wide variety of stakeholders (government officials, public and private sector, and tribal chiefs). This tool has enabled the World Bank to produce strategies more reflective of stakeholders' needs in an efficient and cost-effective fashion.
