Computer based multipoint teleconferencing systems consist of terminals with audio/video codecs and network interfaces, and they make participants communicate with each other. For interoperation of these systems on LAN (local area Network), ITU-T presented H.323 recommendation. H.323 consists of encoding and decoding algorithms of audio and video, call processing protocol, data communication protocol, and control protocol for multimedia communication. The call processing protocol is H.225 the data communication protocol is RTP (real time protocol) and the control protocol is H.245. In this paper, we present the procedure and the implementation structure of the control protocol for multipoint audio-video teleconferencing systems
