With the development of the transport sector maritime industry, in data integration, especially the import and export of data, lack an efficient and quick method. In this paper, we make a research on the XML technical features and design a new data integration structure, including modules for data import and export. Finally we use the new integration structure into practice. On the basis of the XML document, we achieve data import and data export, data file transfer, data validation, data assembly and so on. The experiment shows it has a great effect on improving the efficiency of daily work and promoting the development of industries.
