IDC (Internet Data Center) Engine room plays a core role in large IT enterprise's operation and management of data exchange and processing. Taking advantage of scientific and intelligent ways to realize management and control, is prerequisite to IDC engine room's efficient and stable work. Aimed to solve the traditional IDC's serious problems such as information collection lag, not timely alarming and poor performance on saving energy, we designed and implemented a set of intelligent management and control systems in IDC engine room based on data mining and early warning. This Paper firstly describes the system structure and function, then focuses on key technologies such as nonlinear regression early warning, improved Apriori data mining, SMS (Short Messaging Service), and ultimately shows experiment results and real implements of the system based on early warning alarm, data mining, real-time analysis. This intelligent system has been successfully deployed in IDC of China Unicom and has been proved accurate, stable and efficient.
