A co-design scheme of TOD dynamic scheduling strategy and quantized control for a class of networked control system with communication constraints and time delay is proposed in this paper. Sufficient condition of bit rate is given to guarantee convergence of quantization error by Lyapunov stability theory. Considering effect of TOD dynamic scheduling strategy and quantization, the networked control system is modeled as a discrete-time switched system. Furthermore, dynamic quantization error is represented by quantization range via coordinate transformation, and a state feedback controller design method is given to guarantee asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system.
