The resource allocation problem and routing problem are coupled through link capacities, so the overall optimal performance of the network and resource usage of the wireless network can be improved by simultaneous optimization of routing and resource allocation. In this paper, it has been focused on the so-called node-based wireless data networks in which each node with fixed set of resources will be allocated to its incoming and outgoing links. To design decentralized controllers, each node of the network is considered as a local subsystem, and the Markovian jump linear system framework is presented in order to develop queuing dynamics in each nodes. Also the resulting queuing dynamic schemes will be shown to formally achieve the desired routing specifications and requirements of Gaussian channels with TDMA. Using fuzzy decision rules in the proposed H∞ controller strategy, we try to improve the network performance criteria and avoid packet loss in the network.
