Construction and application of power quality online monitoring and management system in South Hebei power network

This paper describes the online monitoring system and function of power quality in South Hebei power network. In order to meet the development of smart grid, it proposed to establish an online power quality monitoring system based on the IEC61970 standards in South Hebei power network. It describes the basic functions of online monitoring system and data mining of power quality monitoring.
