The terahertz laser setup with an increased long-term stability of the radiated power designed for the medical studies under clinic conditions has been developed The investigation of the influence of hyper-high-frequency (HHF) radiation with a frequency of 0.89 THz on the tumor processes in the laboratory animals organisms has been carried out. The results of these studies are presented.
