We propose a new concept for sensor network sharing which we call `VFSN: Virtual Federated Sensor Network' that enables multiple applications to share widely distributed sensor networks flexibly, preserving resource isolations. In VFSN, virtualized sink called `vSink' are interconnected via Peer-to-Peer network to achieve dedicated federated sensor network. We defined operations that are required to operate VFSN for multiple sensor information service providers. We have developed a prototype system of VFSN and confirmed its basic behaviors using some sample applications. In this paper, we show the basic concept of the VFSN and its implementation designs using a Peer-to-Peer framework PIAX.
