This paper presents a design of the base station environment monitoring and control system with the remote communication, the system can improve equipment running reliability and reduce energy consumption. It can measure the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, switch electric heater, air-conditioner and ventilator of the base station, and receive operation instructions and transfer work status remotely. The system's circuit and work flow have been designed, the scheme can reduce energy consumption over twenty-six percent by test.
