Two-dimensional model of the radio path for a field of the vertical electric dipole over Earth's surface is considered. Components of the field on a border between two media are confirmed to Leontovich's border conditions. To compute an attenuation function of the “Earth's” wave field with the help of quadrature formula taking into account inhomogeneities within a few first Fresnel zones is offered.
