As most of you know by now, a new reorganization will take place in 1985. A divisional magazine (of the Circuits and Devices Division) will appear, and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Magazine will end its publication with the December 1984 issue. Plans call for submission of the appropriate proposals to the Administrative Committees of the respective councils and societies, followed by an IEEE TAB approval.
