Two novel active compensated noninverting and inverting finite gain amplifier circuits are reported. Compensation is achieved by using two extra operational amplifiers and four resistors. The proposed amplifiers have negligible phase and magnitude errors over a prescribed frequency range. The inverting amplifier has the attractive advantage of an infinite input impedance. The design equations are given.
