The issue of software trustworthiness has been widely concerned, which is no longer limited to security, but including reliability, availability, maintainability and other characteristics of quality. But related researches are almost about individual attribute. This paper proposed an evaluation index set, which contains 5 generally accepted attributes of trustworthiness and used a fuzzy compositive evaluation model to evaluate the software trustworthiness attributes. And at last a case is used to prove the usefulness of this evaluation model.
