Storing and maintaining the data mining results can improve the efficiency of data mining, and can provide more ways for sharing the mining results, which provide strong supports for enterprise decision. For the storage of result forms in various types of structures, a data representation presenting the semi-structured information is needed firstly, and XML is really suitable for the description of the semi-structured information. The article lays emphasis on methods of describing five common data mining results by XML, and provides a unified description method for these five data mining results, which lay the foundation for centralized storage, management, utilization and sharing of the data mining results.
