We evaluate inter-channel crosstalk level and its power penalty for the wavelength division multiplexed passive optical network (WDM-PON) system employing injection seeding technology. We propose a new laser control algorithm for reducing received power variations at multi-path interface of the injection seeded WDM-PON. And we achieve an improvement of the inter-channel crosstalk level to reduce crosstalk penalty of the system.
