In this study, we first analyzed the design ideas of Teachers Performance Management Information System in Tibetan University, clarified its necessity and principle, proposed 4 layers of design method on system overall structure, and finally introduces the system functionality and implementation. There search done in this paper will provide some help to the design and development of performance management software.
