According to the specific needs of aero operation and feature of aero public service data, the article aims to analyze the model of integrating flows and adapter on civil aviation which is on the base of information grid as well as to propose comprehensive data and integrated environmental framework on informative grid, so as to provide public and executive of civil aviation with complete, timing and exact message which can afford technical support.
