Enterprises play a principle role in the energy conservation and emission reduction. The purpose of establishing emissions trading marketing is to introduce market mechanism to affect the enterprise decision-making behavior, and to bring out the initiative of enterprises to conserve energy and reduce emission. This paper, from the perspective of the micro-economy, based on the thought of integrating economy and management theories, establishes the market with considering the trade of emissions right-decision making model. The paper stared with the market structure and analyzed the interacting and coupling of enterprises' decision making further. So that it laid a foundation for a comprehensive and systematic study of the behaviors of company under the emission trading.
