This paper perfects the simulation model of mass collaborative product development. A new structure of simulation model was presented, and the model considering the participants' learning effect in this paper, which improve the model's reliability. Structure and modeling steps of the simulation were studied, and the model performance under the two different situation "participants learning effect"and "none-participants learning effect"was compared. The results indicate that the new simulation model can simulate the mass collaborative product development, and provide a new way to study participants' learning effect on mass collaborative product development simulation.
