The conception of PSD (polarization states' distance) is presented to describe the dynamic characteristic of radar target's polarization structure in the frequency domain on the polarimetric and high-resolution radar system. An improved simulated annealing algorithm is presented to estimate the global optimal parameters of fitting curves of target's dynamic distribution. On this basis, a recognition experiment has been made on four kinds of aircraft, and good results are achieved
