Online group buying (OGB) has a rapid development as a new kind of consumption pattern after it has been introduced to China. However, after the appearance of a series of consumer fraud cases, consumers' confidence in group buying websites has massively declined. Credit crisis becomes a bottleneck to the sustained and stable development of OGB.
