We consider a receiver with satellite diversity by using DS/SS signals from different LEO satellites. Since the signals from the different LEO satellites may have different frequency offsets due to the Doppler effect, we propose an acquisition scheme which can estimate the code timings and carrier frequencies of these signals at once. We evaluate the characteristics of the proposed scheme by the mean acquisition time
