A method has been developed for chiral separation of peptides by capillary electrophoresis. Four peptides including dipeptide and tripeptide with two chiral centers were well separated using the binary selectors of b-CD and SDC. The results indicated that this chiral separation system possesses excellent recognition ability for separation of complex compounds including multi-chiral centers.
