In this paper, based on the representation of fuzzy structured element (FSE) of general fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy set and its operations, we define a score function of general fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy number (GFNIFN) for the comparison between any two GFNIFNs, and propose some new arithmetic aggregation operators based on FSE, such as the general fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging (GFNIFWAA) operator, the general fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (GFNIFOWA) operator and the general fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid aggregation (GFNIFHA) operator.
