This paper is concerned with the stabilization problem of a class of networked control systems, where the plant measurements and the control signals are transmitted over a network and encounter both time delays and packet losses. To deal with the nonzero disturbance rejection issue, two kinds of networked optimal state feedback integral control (SFIC) methods are proposed in this paper: One is a networked guaranteed-cost SFIC method, and the other one is an SFIC method based on estimation of a distribution algorithm. It has been shown that the proposed methods have better nonzero disturbance rejection capability and can achieve zero steady-state error. Simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approach.
