This paper designed an industrial grade PDA using wireless ZigBee technology, and proposed a non-blocking communication and verification method for the reliability of the serial communication. In that way, the problem has been greatly solved that it is difficult to set the intelligent transportation's parameter in harsh operating conditions. In practice, it has achieved a good result.
