Power control is the key technology in Cognitive Radio (CR) systems. In this paper, we introduce the emergence of the problem for power control, analysis the theory of power control design problem basing on the cost function, redesign the cost function, put a new power control algorithm basing on game theory in cognitive radio networks, it can greatly improve the power control performance in the cognitive radio systems.
