Hong Kong public transit system is one of the busiest system in the world, that at certain extent owes to its efficient public transit fare mechanism which includes decision mechanism, executive mechanism and evaluation mechanism. All of these mechanisms' operation in Hong Kong was researched. Its decision mechanism can coordinate the interests of all parties very well. Its executive mechanism makes the enterprises full of juice. Its evaluation mechanism provides solid foundation for well development of entire fare mechanism.
