This paper introduces an approach to deal with in complex military's C4ISR (command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) problem. Taking reliability as the analysis measure, the study adopts the Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets (GSPN) technique used for C4ISR to analyze the reliability. A conceptual numerical example and a proposed fast solution's method are used to illustrate those applications. It is shown that the most complex military's C4ISR intelligent systems can be possibly designed with GSPN.
