Nowadays, traditional web generates a human readable web page as per requirement of the user devoid of any machine readable form. It only deals with web of documents rather than web of data. Adding semantics to the general web makes the document machine readable. The main hallucination of the Semantic Web is to bring out structured data on the web using Resource Description Framework (RDF) format to reuse and share the data. Generally these expressive pieces of data remains on the web as data silos without participating much to the preparation of a global data-space. Linked Data to some extent assist us to build effective and robust global-data-space. At present, most of the formatted data is stored in relational databases. In this paper we have proposed a framework for generating the linked data with their provenance. Therefore GUI has been developed for generating RDF Dump file and provenance. Furthermore, the legacy non-RDF database of our university administration has been used in this framework to make the linked data for the sake of experiments.
