Based on the improvement of the BA model in which the local world theory is imported, a novel model of complex network topology structure is proposed. Many known models can be founded in the presented model. Firstly, the generation arithmetic of topology is introduced, furthermore, the simulations and corresponding analysis are carried out. The results of simulation matched some parameters in realistic network. This model solves the problem that clustering coefficient of local-world network model tend to zero, and has three characteristic of realistic network.
