With the rapid development of computer science, virtual experiments are becoming a major trend in education. This paper proposed a model of virtual experiment platform for control courses, which is based on webservice. The proposed model includes four layers: database layer, platform core system layer, platform API layer and client-side experiments layer. Client-side virtual experiments are simulated by Flex. Platform's webservice is designed to provide a unified set of APIs for client-side virtual experiments, this is useful to integrate more experiments and accelerate the development of virtual experiments. Core system layer consists of ten key modules of this platform. An example of control system compensation experiment is also shown in the final of this paper.
