According to security requirements of multi-party computation, the access control mechanism for digital products trading is presented, the application scenario for the mechanism is described, and the process of digital products trading is proposed. Then, the structures of the critical data, including Rights Permission Request (RPR), Rights Permission (RP) and License are described. Through the analysis, this mechanism ensures some significant properties of nonrepudiation, message integrity, resistance to replay attack and trading data backup.
