Our research focuses on the incorporation of usability into location based services. We devised a development process that incorporates techniques borrowed from the human-computer interaction discipline. These techniques are rigorously selected and integrated and cover all the location based systems development phases. This development process combines three major processes in a single framework: usability, the software process and mobile applications construction. The aim is to assure greater levels of user satisfaction with location based services.
