With the drastic development of information, Large-scale Cluster has been widely applied in each sphere of production. In order to take advantage of real application Clusters deeply, The problem that how to enhance system performance and how to optimize system under different configuration has already become a hot pot issue. Lustre is a parallel file system based on linux. it has been widely used in cloud storage systems. By analyzing the lustre system structure and features, this paper discusses that how to configure lustre can play its optimal performance and implements specific comparison testing respectively from network performance, lustre file system settings and application. In the end of this paper, According to testing results, it points explicitly greater factors on lustre and posses an optimal collocation method in the given constraints.
