Divide enterprise legal risks into six forms, and find out the risk indicators corresponding to the six risk forms. Then to structure the Fuzzy-AHP analytical model which is based on the theories of AHP and Fuzzy. Finally, calculating the weight of risk indicators, and sequencing them according to the weights.
