With the popularization of 3G, The mobile payment service of our country is developing rapidly. In order to solve the impact factors for consumers to accept and use mobile payment service from the perspective of mobile phone users, the author builds a model on the base of The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. By sorting and analyzing the development experience of foreign countries, the writer proposed 6 key factors which will influence the users to accept and use the mobile payment service. They are payment habits, Perception of safety, Perception of usefulness, Perception of learning cost, Social influence and Popularity of terminal equipment. Finally, the positive development of mobile payment service demands to make sure the safety of personal information, build huge and convenient terminal equipment system, and certainly government's support and supervision is very important.
