In current educational technology training for university teachers, theory being separated with practice, curriculum lacking certain pertinence, ways of evaluation being single and other such problems are prevalent. In order to solve these problems, this paper has discussed the future of wiki used in educational technology training for university teachers, and set up a training model for this application, based on the features of Wiki: open, sharing, equal and cooperative working. Wiki offers the technique supporting and the content supporting by establishing a resources library. On this basis, it can realize five functions: the knowledge management, e-torturing, self-study, cooperative learning and learning assessment, and can form a flexible, sustainable and highly efficient mode of training.
