Mobile Ad hoc NETworks (MANETs), are comprised of wireless nodes equipped to receive, transmit, and route information without necessarily using a pre-existing infrastructure. Most of routing algorithms in MANETs only focus on routing hops. The direct consequence of using number of hops in rout selection is that routes will be unreliable and broken frequently. We propose a new method in route selection that lead to the reliability improvement of selected route. we create a Colored Petri Net for the protocol. By applying the model, results show that the routing reliability is increased.
