The biogas generator system put into practice has the deficiencies of poor stability, robustness and real-time, which has impacted the promotion and development of biogas power generation technology greatly. This paper designed a new monitoring model according to these deficiencies. This model established fault diagnosis subsystems according to the procedure of gas power generation, based on probability Petri nets, which build up separate diagnosis models for the four processes of gas generator. It applies the probability Petri for fault trigger operation in accordance with the fuzzy correspondence between fault symptom and the faults to obtain fault diagnosis results. Finally, this paper applies calculation analysis to illustrate the effectiveness of thaismodel.
