Design and fabrication of a miniature highpass filter using multilayer LCP technology

In this study, a miniature, low-cost and high- performance highpass filter using multilayer liquid crystal polymer (LCP) is presented. High accuracy design process is demonstrated. The fabrication involves our newly developed laser-aided fabrication technique for multilayer LCP devices. Measured result is in good agreement with the simulation. The size of the filter structure is only 0.015λ
