ADS - B is a new type of air traffic control system that is promoted by international civil aviation organization (ICAO) . This paper puts forward a new design scheme of the data link layer in ADS-B system based on UC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system. And the hardware adopts the structure of ARM and FPGA. The paper mainly discusses the ADS-B messages control processing in the ARM module.
