Cloud computing is gradually so popular because it is affordable for better services with lower cost. We can select your data base and application as per your requirements. The on-demand computing capabilities of a cloud can be more flexible and more cost-effective. In this paper I have put some concept about how I will minimize the rising IT cost with cloud solution. An architectural framework, named the Video-on demand as a Service, data service and voice service is also proposed. But several application management challenges aren't so easily explained. This paper describes OPNET MODELER best practices approach to a performance Comparison with cost (PCWC) for QoS Application in On-Demand Cloud Computing. We highlighted the components of the framework and discussed preliminary implementation with OPNET MODELER 14.5 in the paper.
