In June 2010,Wanjiang urban belt of contracting industry shifts-Anhui's first "national" project-was approved by the State Council, which means the economic and financial development will set up a new landmark. It has been 20 years since the government of Anhui province raised "opening up the Yangtze River urban belt of Anhui, echoing to PuDong development" in 1990.This area has made a rapid development in economy and finance in these years. Nevertheless, compared with Jiangsu province, it still has a large gap, which is still enlarging. This project makes a research on demands and superiority of economy development in Wanjiang urban belt, Anhui, contrast to Yangtze-River-along cities of Jiangsu province, and analysis on its promotion of economic development of Anhui; and bring up that these cities in the belt should build up a system of co- operation and co-ordination in order to promote co-operation across Wanjiang River and related development to form industry-concentrated zones and urban belt with Wanjiang river and leading transport lines as a main axle and advanced manufacturers as leadership. Finance will play an important role in "blood-making" and supporting in the development of Wanjing urban belt of Anhui province.
